7 days to change your mind

If you buy a pass and change your mind, we refund 100% if you ask within 7 days of purchase and you've answered fewer than 100 questions.

Pass guarantee

On top of that, if you reach “Ready” and don't pass, our pass guarantee applies.

How to ask

Email help@contractorreadyca.com from your account email. Refunds go back to your original payment method in 5–10 business days. Full access ends when a refund is issued.
