Privacy Notice

What we collect

• Your email and, if you give them, your name and WhatsApp number.
• Your study plan: language, exam date, classification and goals.
• Your progress: answers, exams and scores.
• Payment details processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic technical data (device type, pages visited, where you came from) to measure and improve the service.

How we use it

• To give you access, save your progress and build your plan.
• To send sign-in links, receipts and, if you opt in, study reminders.
• To improve questions and the readiness score using aggregated data.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't send marketing texts or WhatsApp messages without your written consent.

Who we share it with

Only providers that help us run the service: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Resend) and ad measurement (Google, Meta) if you arrived from an ad.

Your choices

Turn off reminders in Account, and ask for a copy or deletion of your data at help@contractorreadyca.com. We respond within 7 days.
