CSLB offers these 10 exams in Spanish. If you request a translator for one of them, CSLB requires you to take the Spanish version.

FAQ
How many questions are on the Law and Business exam?
It's widely reported to have about 115 multiple-choice questions with 4 options each. CSLB publishes the outline and time limit (3.5 hours) but not the exact question count or passing score.
Is it closed book?
Yes. No reference materials are allowed. PSI provides a calculator.
What score do I need?
CSLB doesn't publish it. Several schools cite about 72%, but that isn't official. Prepare to score 80% or higher on full practice exams.
Can I take it in Spanish?
Yes. If you request a translator for this exam, CSLB requires you to take the official Spanish version instead.
What if I fail?
You can reschedule after 21 calendar days, as long as your 18-month application window hasn't expired. There's a fee to reschedule with PSI.
Is there a penalty for guessing?
No. Answer every question even if you're unsure.
